Beginning her career as a learning support officer, Jessica has also worked as a support worker in various settings including respite, day programs, and community access. Jessica has several years’ experience as a Local Area Coordinator and Support Coordinator, and most recently has held the roles of House Manager, and Operations Manager. Katherine has worked in the Aged and Disability sector for 8 years experiencing a number of roles including Support Worker, Team Leader and Acting Senior Manager. Katherine transitioned to her role of Support Coordinator in 2021 where she has been able to put her experience and industry knowledge into her work. She currently holds a Diploma of Community Services in Case Management.
