Jessica has several years’ experience as a Local Area Coordinator and Support Coordinator, and most recently has held the roles of House Manager, and Operations Manager. Jessica holds a Cert IV in Disability.

Tory has worked in the community services sector for the past 16 years holding a variety of roles including support work, team leader, accommodation manager, people and culture leader and general manager home support services. Tory transitioned from her role as a support worker to support coordinator, where she applies her wide range of skills and experiences.

Tory gets a great sense of satisfaction from her work in advocating for her participants to receive the funding that is reasonable and necessary to live the lives they choose.
