After 18 months of research and development, we are excited to announce the launch of Interaction’s new website and brand refresh.
In August 2019, we responded to the needs of our participants and stakeholders by launching an official review of Interaction’s communications and brand. This research process involved direct consultation with current participants, carers, and staff. Through several rounds of feedback, our stakeholders let us know exactly what we needed to change to make sure they had a user-friendly experience.
Our new website is a part of a bigger overhaul of Interaction’s brand, and introduces our updated logo and service area icons. With these changes, we continue to centre the experiences of our participants with Your Stories, a new section that showcases professional photography and stories featuring real life Interaction participants!
