Greystanes Independent Villas

Interaction has vacancies available for a brand-new development of independent living villas in Greystanes. These Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) villas have been designed as High Physical Support (HPS) homes, however people with Fully Accessible or Improved Livability funding are welcome to apply. The villas are single occupancy.

Each one-bedroom villa has a kitchen, bathroom, loungeroom and balcony along with:

• access to a sanctuary garden and vegetable/herb garden,
• open space for rest and relaxation,
• a communal area for gatherings and shared activities, and
• 5 star rated air conditioning in every apartment.

24 hour supports are available from Interaction working in-house office and on-site accommodation.

Residents will be required to have SDA funding in their NDIS plan, as well as funding for daily and overnight support. Interaction can provide support to request updating your plan to include SDA or SIL if required.
