A sensory room combines a range of activities and items to assist individuals in developing and engaging their senses, in their own time, in a more comfortable and controlled environment. Activities and items include things such as lights, colours, sounds and soft toys.
By engaging in stimulating activities within a sensory room environment, it can have positive effects on a person's ability to be more tolerant of the outside world and its elements.
You will have the opportunity to meet with our team to discuss:
- Behaviour supports,
- Community Access and Self Care supports
- Support Coordination
- Accommodation and Supported Living options
Interaction's friendly and knowledgeable team can discuss your individual needs and how your NDIS plan can support you in accessing the services you need.
