Graham started with Interaction in 2018 after spending most of his career in the health and medical devices industry. Of his current role as Support Coordinator, Graham says “seeing those around me smile and watching them build confidence and skills is a huge motivator for me. Tory has worked in the community services sector for the past 16 years holding a variety of roles including support work, team leader, accommodation manager, people and culture leader and general manager home support services. Tory transitioned from her role as a support worker to support coordinator, where she applies her wide range of skills and experiences.
