We currently have a part-time position available for 3 days per week. We are looking for a supportive, caring, reliable, highly motivated, and energetic individual who has previously worked within person-centred approach and is driven to empower people with disability in the areas of enablement and independence.
About You
You will thrive in what can sometimes be a challenging environment,
Experience in supporting people with Intellectual Disability with relevant industry experience,
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a team as well as autonomously,
Manage challenges in a support environment, ensuring consistent delivery of service,
Demonstrated ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders including other service providers, family members, advocates, and government agencies; • Intermediate capabilities in Microsoft applications,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must in maintaining reports and case notes,
Current Driver’s Licence and comprehensively owned and insured vehicle,
Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain prior to commencement of employment,
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain prior to commencement of employment.
