Support Coordinator – Bella Vista

We currently have a part-time position available for 3 days per week. We are looking for a supportive, caring, reliable, highly motivated, and energetic individual who has previously worked within person-centred approach and is driven to empower people with disability in the areas of enablement and independence.


About You

  • You will thrive in what can sometimes be a challenging environment,
  • Experience in supporting people with Intellectual Disability with relevant industry experience,
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a team as well as autonomously,
  • Manage challenges in a support environment, ensuring consistent delivery of service,
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders including other service providers, family members, advocates, and government agencies; • Intermediate capabilities in Microsoft applications,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must in maintaining reports and case notes,
  • Current Driver’s Licence and comprehensively owned and insured vehicle,
  • Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain prior to commencement of employment,
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain prior to commencement of employment.
