Support Coordinator / Specialist Support Coordinator – Bella Vista

We are currently recruiting a Full-Time NDIS Support Coordinators or Specialist Support Coordinators to
join our team in Bella Vista.

We are looking for a supportive, reliable, highly motivated and energetic individuals to support NDIS
participants implement their NDIS plans. These positions require individuals who have previously
worked within a person-centred approach framework and are driven to empower people with disability
in the areas of enablement and independence.

What we are looking for:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in social welfare or related field
  • Previous experience as a Support Coordinator
  • A sound understanding of the NDIS and its impact on participants and families
  • Demonstrated ability to write and maintain comprehensive reports and case notes
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders including other service
    providers, family members, advocates and government agencies
  • Demonstrated skills in computer applications such as Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Manage challenges in a support environment, ensuring consistent delivery of service
  • Experience in supporting people with an Intellectual Disability
  • Current driver’s licence and a reliable fully insured vehicle
