Payroll Officer

This is a part-time role for a Payroll Officer located in Bella Vista, NSW. The Payroll Officer will be responsible for payroll administration, payroll services, payroll taxes, and ensuring payroll accuracy.

Responsibilities & Skills

  • Ensure employees are paid accurately and in a timely manner, managing the end-to-end payroll processes.
  • SCHADS award interpretation.
  • Experience with Keypay / Employment Hero is a must.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Organisational and time management along with analytical skills.


  • Previous experience in payroll processing and knowledge/experience of Payroll and Rostering systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the SCHADS and Health professionals and Support Services award and the ability to make amendments to ensure alignment of accurate processes across all systems.
  • Well-developed communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships.
  • Relevant qualifications in payroll or related field.
