We are currently accepting expressions of interest for Casual Psychologists to join our team in the Central Coast, Wollongong and Sydney areas.
Your duties will include:
Maintain individual client’s NDIS plans and goals
Conducting a wide range assessments
Providing therapeutic supports to people with a disability or dual diagnosis
Establish and sustain practical and compelling behaviour support plans
Analyse plan effectiveness and make necessary changes
Consulting and providing positive behavioural support services to people with a disability and their service providers/families.

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals with excellent communication, assessment/intervention and organisation skills, as well as a commitment and ability to work with a range of people and their families/stakeholders, with complex needs, to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Essential Criteria:
Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment and ability to work with a range of people, their families/stakeholders, with complex needs, to achieve meaningful outcomes
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a team as well as autonomously
Computer literate with capability in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Full registration with AHPRA
Current driver’s license
Taking ownership of client work and associated responsibilities
Desirable Criteria:
Previous experience in the disability sector
Experience working within the NDIS
Experience in the assessment, design and delivery of positive behaviour supports
A thorough understanding of current disability issues, NDIS and the National Standards for Disability
Experience in a wide variety of Psychological/Behaviour assessments
Experience in providing supervision to provisional psychologist/behaviour support practitioners
AHPRA Board approved supervisor
