About the Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Clinical Lead – Registered Nurse to oversee the clinical practice across Interaction’s Accommodation and Community Services portfolio, ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and high-intensity support requirements. This role provides clinical education, policy oversight, and operational auditing while leading and supporting a team of Disability Support professionals.

About You

Essential Criteria

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Police check.
  • Current Working with Children check.
  • Understanding of NDIS Code of Conduct.
  • Experience with using Participant management systems or equivalent.
  • Strong Computer Skills.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in an environment with competing priorities both autonomously and as a part of a team.
  • Upholds privacy and confidentiality.
  • Thorough understanding and commitment to Clinical practices, WH&S and disability related legislation.
  • Current driver’s license and willingness to travel for service oversight.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field, with current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Current and ongoing AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain).

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience managing a clinical team within the disability or healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering clinical education and training programs.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based assessment and intervention strategies for disability support.
  • Experience with policy development, auditing, and clinical governance processes.
  • Experience liaising with families and stakeholders.
