About the Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Specialist Support Coordinator who has experience as a Specialist Support Coordinator or experience with at least 2 years in a Support Coordinator role. Someone who has experience with DCJ, NCAT, ART and complex NDIS reviews. Someone who is a confident communicator, caring, reliable, highly motivated and person-centred.

About You

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience with NDIS and complex disability needs
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a team as well as autonomously
  • Manage challenges in a support environment, ensuring consistent delivery of service
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders including other service providers, family members, advocates, and government agencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must in maintaining reports and case notes

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience as a Specialist Support Coordinator or at least 2 years of experience as a Level 2 Support Coordinator
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • A comprehensively insured and registered vehicle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
