Given the latest Government advice over the last 24 hours, I would like to take this opportunity to assure the people we serve and their families that as a disability support provider, our essential services will continue to operate. Our teams continue to deliver the same high standard of care you can always expect from Interaction.
Supporting the people we serve in accessing the community, not only for everyday living requirements, but also to reduce the impacts they may feel from social isolation during these trying times is a priority. As such, Interaction will continue to provide these supports, while adhering to social distancing guidelines.
We are continuing to implement health and safety measures to best protect the people we support. Our office-based staff continue to work from home.
As promised, our reception hours will continue to remain the same (8.30am to 5pm) for the foreseeable future as we work hard to minimise the impact on support services. You can continue to contact Interaction via phone or email as per usual.
I will continue to provide updates as Interaction responds to this ever-changing situation.
