FITABILITY TENNIS, FREE GROUP LESSONS – WHO’S IN?

Interaction is excited to bring you our 2nd Fitability program, a Tennis Australia funded initiative.

Fitability is a FREE program which supports people with disability in making positive health and wellness choices, through fun exercise classes and take home health packs (INCLUDING FREE TENNIS RACQUET).

We are excited to have Castle Hill Tennis Academy on board, providing their team of amazing coaches to deliver 2 group tennis classes per week (5 people per group, per coach).  Castle Hill Tennis Academy are a local Hills District organisation, dedicated to promoting a fun, supportive and inclusive environment.

Learn:  how to play, general tennis skills, fun activities and fitness, health and nutrition information.

Commencing:  Tuesdays and Fridays – 5 September 2017, through to 24 November 2017 (excluding w/b 25 September and 2/10 due to school holiday tennis program camps).  1pm-2pm

*All participants will need to complete a health screening form and photo consent form.

*Celebration lunch at the end of the program
