Video Production Manager – Part Time

We currently have a part-time 6-month maximum-term contract position as a Production Manager vacant at our Head Office in Bella Vista. We’re looking for an organised and creative Production Manager with a keen eye for detail to manage the development and delivery of a Commonwealth grant for the series of training modules for people with disability and their support networks. You will need to have experience in managing video content development with input from numerous stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative concepts.

About You

What we are looking for:

  • Management of delivery schedules and production timelines
  • Development of production materials
  • Oversight of photography/videography production
  • Development of video content and accompanying materials
  • Attending and managing production shoots
  • Careful management of budget
  • Internal and external reporting on milestones
  • Understanding of publication and promotion channels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy with capability in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and other related software
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a team as well as autonomously
  • Current driver’s license

Your ability to manage tight schedules while working closely with external teams will be key to your success in this role. You will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record in managing production briefs from conception to completion and a detailed understanding of the production process.

Experience in the disability sector preferred but not essential. You will however need to display a commitment to the rights of people with disability.
