Support Coordinators – Bella Vista

We are currently recruiting for a part-time (60 hours/fortnight) and full-time (76 hours/fortnight)
Support Coordinator to join our team in Bella Vista.

We are looking for a supportive, reliable, highly motivated and energetic individual to support NDIS
participants implement their NDIS plans. This position requires an individual who has previously worked
within a person-centred approach framework and is driven to empower people with disability in the
areas of enablement and independence.

What we are looking for:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in social welfare or related field,
  • Previous experience as a Support Coordinator,
  • A sound understanding of the NDIS and its impact on participants and families,
  • Demonstrated ability to write and maintain comprehensive reports and case notes,
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders including other service providers, family members, advocates and government agencies,
  • Demonstrated skills in computer applications such as Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook,
  • Experience in supporting people with an Intellectual Disability,
  • Current driver’s licence and a reliable fully insured vehicle.
