We are currently recruiting for a part-time (60 hours/fortnight) and full-time (76 hours/fortnight)
Support Coordinator to join our team in Bella Vista.
We are looking for a supportive, reliable, highly motivated and energetic individual to support NDIS
participants implement their NDIS plans. This position requires an individual who has previously worked
within a person-centred approach framework and is driven to empower people with disability in the
areas of enablement and independence.
What we are looking for:
Relevant qualifications or experience in social welfare or related field,
Previous experience as a Support Coordinator,
A sound understanding of the NDIS and its impact on participants and families,
Demonstrated ability to write and maintain comprehensive reports and case notes,
Demonstrated ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders including other service providers, family members, advocates and government agencies,
Demonstrated skills in computer applications such as Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook,
Experience in supporting people with an Intellectual Disability,
Current driver’s licence and a reliable fully insured vehicle.
