We are looking for a supportive, reliable, highly motivated and energetic individual to support NDIS participants implement their NDIS plans. This position requires an individual who has previously worked within a person-centered approach framework and is driven to empower people with disability in the areas of enablement and independence.
About You
What we are looking for:
Experience in managing Disability services
Confidence in overseeing multiple services
Someone who is organised and has rostering experience
Experience in staff supervision and performance management
Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Strong finance management skills with ability to work within a budget
Experience supporting people with Intellectual Disability or other relevant experience
Resilience to episodes of challenging behaviours
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adept computer skills with capability to use client database systems and liaise with coordinators via email and Microsoft Teams
Compliance Requirements
Valid NDIS Workers Screening Check or willing to obtain before commencement and will maintain this throughout your employment
Up to date COVID Vaccination Requirements as mandated by NSW Health
A current driver’s licence and a reliable insured vehicle
Australian Citizenship, permanent residency or working rights in Australia
