Rostering Team – EOI – Bella Vista

We are currently recruiting for:

  • Full-Time Rostering Manager (SCHADS Level 4 – application reference #RM01)
  • Part-Time Rostering Coordinators (SCHADS Level 3 – application reference #RM02)

We are looking for a supportive, reliable, highly motivated and energetic individual to support NDIS participants implement their NDIS plans. This position requires an individual who has previously worked within a person-centered approach framework and is driven to empower people with disability in the areas of enablement and independence.

About You

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in managing Disability services
  • Confidence in overseeing multiple services
  • Someone who is organised and has rostering experience
  • Experience in staff supervision and performance management
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong finance management skills with ability to work within a budget
  • Experience supporting people with Intellectual Disability or other relevant experience
  • Resilience to episodes of challenging behaviours
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adept computer skills with capability to use client database systems and liaise with coordinators via email and Microsoft Teams

Compliance Requirements

  • Valid NDIS Workers Screening Check or willing to obtain before commencement and will maintain this throughout your employment
  • Up to date COVID Vaccination Requirements as mandated by NSW Health
  • A current driver’s licence and a reliable insured vehicle
  • Australian Citizenship, permanent residency or working rights in Australia
