We require a casual rostering person while we search for a permanent Rostering Coordinator. If you are interested in supporting the Rostering Team during this period, please outline your availability when you apply.
You are organised and have strong rostering experience,
You have experience in managing services for people with disability or other relevant experience,
You understand the disability sector and the supports participants require,
You are confident in dealing with multiple services and their individualised requirements,
You have experience in staff supervision and performance management,
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders,
You have excellent computer skills with capability to use database systems, the Microsoft suite including Teams, excel and Word,
You are available to be on call as required (rotating on call roster).
You have a valid NDIS Workers Screening Check or willing to obtain before commencement and will maintain this throughout your employment,
You have up to date COVID Vaccination Requirements as mandated by NSW Health,
You have a current driver’s licence and a reliable insured vehicle,
You have an Australian Citizenship, permanent residency or working rights in Australia.
