Casual Behaviour Support Practitioner

We are currently looking for Casual Behaviour Support Practitioners or Psychologists/Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our team in the Central Coast, Wollongong and Sydney areas.  

Your duties will include:  

  • Consulting and providing positive behavioural support services to people with a disability and their service providers/families. 
  • Maintain individual client’s NDIS plans and goals. 
  • Establish and sustain practical and compelling behaviour support plans  
  • Analyse plan effectiveness and make necessary changes 

About You 

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals with excellent communication, assessment/intervention and organisation skills, as well as a commitment and ability to work with a range of people and their families/stakeholders, with complex needs, to achieve meaningful outcomes. 


  • Practice Administrator model

Essential Criteria: 

  • Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Commitment and ability to work with a range of people, their families/stakeholders, with complex needs, to achieve meaningful outcomes 
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a team as well as autonomously  
  • Computer literate with capability in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel  
  • Full registration with AHPRA (for psychology applicants) 
  • Current driver’s license 
  • Taking ownership of client work and associated responsibilities 

 Desirable Criteria: 

  • Previous experience in the disability sector  
  • Experience working within the NDIS   
  • Experience in the assessment, design and delivery of positive behaviour supports 
  • NDIS Practitioner Identification Number (if previously obtained) 
  • A thorough understanding of current disability issues, NDIS and the National Standards for Disability 
  • Experience in a wide variety of Psychological/Behaviour assessments
