Accommodation Managers – Fully Time

We are currently recruiting for multiple Accommodation Managers for our supported disability accommodation facilities across various locations.

Full-Time Accommodation Managers – SCHADS Level 5, application reference #ACM01

About You

  • Experience in managing Disability services
  • Confident in overseeing multiple services
  • Experience in staff supervision and performance management
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong finance management skills with ability to work within a budget
  • Experience supporting people with Intellectual Disability or other relevant experience
  • Resilience to episodes of challenging behaviours
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adept computer skills with capability to use client database systems and liaise with coordinators via email and Microsoft Teams

Compliance requirements

  • Current First Aid and CPR or willing to obtain before commencement and will maintain this throughout your employment
  • Valid NDIS Workers Screening Check or willing to obtain before commencement and will maintain this throughout your employment
  • Up to date COVID Vaccination Requirements as mandated by NSW Health
  • Current driver’s licence and a reliable insured vehicle
  • Australian Citizenship, permanent residency or working rights in Australia
